The training program brought together teams from different countries and included both theoretical and practical studies covering cathodic e-coating processes, application techniques, process management, and quality standards. At the assessment exam held at the end of the training program, which was attended by participants from six different countries, the Metot Otomotiv team achieved the highest score among the Turkish participants. This achievement represents an important indicator of our technical capabilities and commitment to continuous improvement.

For Metot Otomotiv, the training contributed not only to the development of technical knowledge and practical experience but also to following international practices closely and strengthening knowledge sharing within the industry.
